The upstairs, which used to be the hayloft, is not converted but has potential, so it's up to you to transform it if you feel like it.
 
Outside:
The property extends over approx. 4 hectares, all in one piece.
Access is via a private road with a remote-controlled gate and mailbox at the entrance to the property.
At the top, there is a spacious parking area for several cars.
A small path leads to the front of the house and gîte.
There is an open-air terrace area with a brazier in the middle, the perfect place to share a drink with family and friends. An area has been set aside for a large barbecue or a plancha so that you can offer quality grilled meats to your guests.
To the south is the 12 x 4 infinity pool with its salt water pool and automatic safety cover, the pool is heated by an ultra powerful heat pump.
There is also a spa.
The pool terrace is very spacious, making it ideal for children to play and parents to relax.
