The location is ideal, water is abundant most of the year.
Work is needed to reinstall a new production system, but the water circuit and valves are in good working order. The dam upstream of the property has been rebuilt, as has the water outlet joining the river. The mill formerly powered the Manufacture Royale de Montolieu, created in the 18th century.
