A staircase from the entrance, leads to the 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have a door opening onto a communicating balcony with mountain views. Also on this floor is a shower room with WC. The flooring on this level has recently been replaced.

On the lower ground floor, part of the basement adjoining the double garage has been converted to create a kitchen, utility room with shower and a wine cellar. Whilst on the south-west face of this floor there is a separate entrance to the apartment with its fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath/WC, living room and bedroom. An independent water meter has been installed to facilitate the rental of the apartment.

The double garage has an electric door.

The bus stop for the free winter ski bus and the school collection/drop off, is situated 300m from the chalet. There is a supermarket and a boulangerie within 1km.
