Property Description
Summary
More than just a house, this is a tourist property to be passed on, nestled in an exceptional 1.2-hectare green setting. It includes a wooded area and a park with century-old trees, as well as a sunny swimming pool far enough from the house that the traditional "it's lovely!" can be shouted without disturbing those who simply want to take a nap.
This gîte was created in 2018 and is experiencing steady growth, both through traditional agencies and via my website "gite24lagravahaute.fr", which I invite you to visit.
I have a more complete file available detailing the building's layout, the transfer process, and of course, numerous photos and customer reviews from all over Europe.
