OUTSIDE

The view is wonderful, with rolling hills, vineyards and perched villages, and in the background the Luberon mountain. Although the property is not isolated on its own, it feels very private and nestled.
The pool measure 12m x 6m (40 x 20 ft) and on the sides are the natural shade of two pergolas with wisteria. The poolhouse has a bar, summer kitchen and bathroom with shower and WC. The stone surround by the poolhouse is big enough for a lounging rea as well as ping pong table.
To the side of the house is a gravelled terrace with the shade of a plane tree which is perfect as a boules/pétanque court, and below that is a vegetable garden and olive grove.
At the bottom of the garden is a potential spot for a future tennis court.
The property is enclosed and gated, and there is plenty of parking at the back.
LOCATION
The house is in the Luberon between the villages of Gargas and Roussillon (4 km / 2.4 miles).
