Magnificent was the first word that came to mind during my first visit to this property. The space, light, class and history make this property very unique! Found on the main road North out of Rochechouart, within walking distance of the centre of the village Rochechouart.The facilities in Rochechouart include a post office, pharmacy, breadshops, two banks, 5 or more restaurants, several shops and garages, a supermarket and a DIY store. The nearest airport is Limoges, about 35mins away. Angouleme (the nearest TGV) is about 45 mins.

A wonderful place to take an apero during our warm summer evenings. The pool is 12m x 4m, chlorine purified, with security cover and heated by an air-source heatpump. The generous pool-side patio has the benefit of a solar-heated shower. The house  receives satellite and terrestrial TV in two rooms and makes use of a Powerline network to distribute the Internet, including Internet radio throughout the house.
